What an amazing experience buying my Mercedes B class from FYM Motors, I bought the car remotely, though I was bit hesitant initially but they made the process very smooth, staff was super friendly and they delivered the car earlier than expected. Bought a Qashqai from FYM Motors today. Very professional & efficient service. The paperwork process was so easy with documents from the DVLA arriving in my inbox whilst I was in their office. They also delivered the car a few hours later to save me driving back with someone to collect it.

What can I say? All I can do is relate my experience. I saw an SUV advertised on AutoTrader made a call and paid a deposit, the car was exactly as it was advertised and to be honest, incredibly well priced too. Dennis picked me up after my train journey down from North East Scotland, drove me to the dealership, waited while I arranged my insurance and made sure I was happy with all the functions of the car and offered help by phone if I had any queries. All in all, a brilliant experience. Oh, and I got to meet a tv household face too!
